Fundraising events play an essential role in enriching our club’s ability to provide our athletes with the necessary equipment and facility rentals required for participation. We gratefully acknowledge the generous support of our many community friends, whose valued contributions are greatly appreciated.

Cruisers Sports is proud that 100% of all funds raised go back in to the programs that we offer our athletes. All events have the opportunity for corporate sponsorship while general donations or sponsorships can be made by completing the Donation Commitment Form. We accept cash, cheques and credit card donations online via PayPal. As a charitable registration (#89955 5122RR0001), tax receipts are issued for donations over $20 upon request.

• Our sponsors are recognized in all printed materials (sponsor posters, programs), on our website, on the Supporters page, and prominently at the events
• Opportunities for our sponsors to become involved in the events are provided and are encouraged (medal and/or award presentations or cheque presentations at events)
• Cruisers Sports also supports corporate volunteering

 

How will your sponsorship be used?

• Your sponsorship dollars will assist in purchasing specialized equipment to allow children and adults to participate in sports and recreational activities
• Sponsorship dollars will provide individuals with physical disabilities an opportunity to be part of a team, to build self-esteem and to form lifelong friendships
• All dollars donated are used 100% to support our athletes in their quest to become the best they can be

Starting with the 2022-2023 season, members who have signed up can use 50% of their FlipGive contribution to reduce their next year's registration fees, up to their ENTIRE registration cost. What's even better? If you get your friends and family to sign up as part of our team, 50% of their FlipGive contribution will count towards your membership, too!
For the purpose of this initiative, the earning period will match our membership period and run September 1^st to August 31^st. Any discount to be applied will be manually applied in early September. Contributions from friends and family can only be applied to 1 (one) member/household per season.
For membership year 2023-2024, the earnings period runs July 1^st, 2022 until August 31^st, 2023.
